My wife and I decided we were at the point in our life where we were tired of home ownership and maintenance. We were frustrated with dealing with HOA’s, always increasing taxes, fees and inflationary increases in labor costs associated with home repairs.We researched local rental options, mulled over costs and settled on the Aspens of Holly Springs. Gone are the days of leaky faucets, toilet valves, roofs, and the multitude of “Joys of home ownership”. Everything is completely covered in our rent here at the Aspens. Their entire crew is right there to handle any issue arising. They actually enjoy working here and greatly contribute to the “At home” atmosphere prevalent here.My wife and I highly recommend looking into the Aspens of Holly Springs if you are looking for freedom of worry, relaxed atmosphere and camaraderie among other active seniors.

I recently had the opportunity to work with The Aspens Holly Springs team on a professional project, and I can not say enough amazing things about their team and the location. Everyone is so kind and accommodating, and I've seen firsthand the care and compassion they have for their residents. The facility is breathtaking and has so many amazing amenities. Plus, being so close to downtown, there are so many places to eat and shop within walking distance. If you are looking for an active senior living community, you've found the right one!

I had been trying to get my Mom to move down here to Holly Springs from Indiana for years! When she came to visit for Thanksgiving, I told her we were just going to check out the new facility that had just opened. From the moment we walked through the doors we all immediately felt like it would be home for my Mom! Three short months later she has sold her Indiana home and moved into her beautiful new apartment! The staff has made it a very smooth transition and are always willing to help! My Mom is already making new friends! We would highly recommend The Aspens!!

We recently relocated my parents to The Aspens at Holly Springs in January. From the first time I met with Kim and Heather, they made the process so easy and pleasant. I was able to call and text, multiple times, with multiple questions! I was able to tour various days, as I couldn't make up my mind between all the wonderful apartment options! The facility itself is beautiful and I wish I was living there! They have a beautiful movie room, downstairs bistro area and dining room, yoga room, art room, exercise room, and many activities to choose from. The apartments are so spacious with brand new appliances and beautiful cabinets and counters. Washer and Dryer are in the unit. The patios are spacious and can look out over the back property or inside to the outdoor space. The outdoor space boasts pickleball courts and barbeques for family get togethers. Close proximity to Wal Mart, Harris Teeter shopping center, and downtown Holly Springs, with UNC Rex right across the street. My parents are very happy with their choice and so am I! It's a beautiful property for 55 and over!
